Don't see your course above?  Ask Troy if he offers tutoring for it.

Troy also helps students succeed on standardized tests such as SAT, ACT, GED, ASVAB, TEAS, PRAXIS,... if a test has math on it, chances are that Troy can help!

NEW!  Troy just started offering BRAIN-BOOSTING math & logic puzzle sessions for ADULTS (as well as children), to help them regain and maintain cognitive sharpness.

WHEN:  Most days of the week, Troy is available from afternoon through early evening.  For homeschooled students, Troy has slots beginning at 10am.  Some weekend and holiday times are also available. Contact Troy for his current availability.

Sessions may be scheduled on a weekly or semi-weekly (twice a week) basis, or more frequently.  As-needed appointments are also available, such as "night-before" test reviews; just don't wait until the absolute last minute to schedule!

WHERE:  Troy is only scheduling in-person sessions, and prefers to meet students at select public library branches in central-southern Wake County, but he could also possibly come to your home or private school depending on location and scheduling.   Other public meeting places, such as coffee shops, are also options.

WHY:  Math tutoring could be described as one part problem-solving, one part helping, and Troy enjoys both of these aspects equally.  He has felt great reward from helping students master skills that they'll need along their academic and/or career paths, but his greatest reward has come from knowing that he's very often helped students overcome what has been their biggest obstacle to date, in not just their academic careers, but in their young lives.
